We understand things don't always work out. Please call (612) 877-0972 or click below to initiate a return. Leave/send a message including your name, your order number (can be found on receipt or packing slip), the item name, reason for return request, and email address for the return label to be sent to. If the item was a local pick-up please indicate that as you will be expected to physically deliver the item to our St. Paul location where it was picked up. We accept returns for a full refund that are initiated up until 11:59pm 30 days from date of purchase.
***Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on purchases that contain live plants. If your Plant arrives damaged please IMMEDIATELY follow this procedure for a refund of the PLANT COST ONLY: 1 - take a photo of your plant with date and time visible when it was opened (all plant deliveries are tracked and we are not responsible for plants left unopened for more than 12 hours after delivery), 2- water the plant soaking the dirt completely and wait 24 hours, 3 - take another photo of your plant with the date and time visible, 4 - click initiate return button below and follow the general return instructions above but also attach both photographs along with a contact email and phone number to the email. PLEASE ALLOW 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS THIS TYPE OF REFUND.
We pay shipping on returned items and when a return is requested we will email you a shipping label for the return. You are responsible for getting the item to us within 10 days of the initiated return. If this is a problem for you please contact us prior to the 10 day deadline to make alternative arrangements or your return will NOT BE REFUNDED. You will be refunded when we receive the item(s).
